This policy explains what data BotSorter handles when you use the site, request a report or order a service, and how long we keep it. BotSorter is operated by Apromo LLC.

What we collect

• Form submissions. Your email, domain and any message you send through the report or contact form.
• Cloudflare API tokens. The read-only token you create for a report or for monitoring.
• Traffic data. Aggregated analytics and firewall events we read from Cloudflare with your token: request counts by path, country, network, user agent and time. This can include visitor IP addresses that appear in firewall events.
• Log files. Server access logs, if you send them instead of a token.

The free tools on this site, such as Verify Googlebot, run in your browser. We do not store the IPs you check. The DNS lookups go directly from your browser to Google Public DNS.

How we use it

Only to prepare your report, set up or monitor protection for your site, and reply to you. We do not sell data, use it for advertising or share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.

How long we keep it

• Tokens: until the report is delivered or the token expires, whichever comes first. For monitoring, until you cancel. You can revoke a token in Cloudflare at any time.
• Log files: deleted after the report is delivered.
• Traffic data and reports: up to 12 months, so we can compare new bot waves with past ones. Ask us and we delete them earlier.
• Form submissions and emails: as long as needed to answer and keep a record of the service, up to 24 months.

Service providers

Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions. Our email provider delivers messages. Reports are prepared on our own server. Each of them processes data only to provide its service.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set cookies or use analytics trackers today. If that changes, this policy will say so before it happens.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Send the request through the contact form and we answer within 30 days.
