How the free check works
- You send the request. Email and domain are enough. No passwords, no access yet.
- We reply with instructions. You create a read-only Cloudflare API token for this one site, limited to our server's IP and set to expire. The steps are on How it works.
- You get the report. We break down every request Cloudflare saw and email you the results.
What's in the report
- Share of traffic from bots and from people, by day and by hour
- Verified search and ad crawlers, and whether any of them were challenged or blocked
- Fake Googlebots and other bots that copy a search engine's user agent
- AI crawlers and how much they load your server
- Networks (ASNs) that send the most requests, and the hours when your server slows down
- Which of your firewall rules catch what
Is it safe?
The token only reads analytics and settings. It cannot change rules, see form submissions or touch your content. You can restrict it to our IP address and set it to expire, and you can delete it the moment the report arrives. Details are in our privacy policy.
Not on Cloudflare? Server access logs work too: mention it in the form and we will tell you what to send.
Found a problem?
The report shows what is wrong. If you want it fixed, we write the rules, keep verified crawlers allowed and check the result a few days later.
FAQ
Is the report really free?
Yes. One report per Cloudflare zone per month costs nothing. You pay only if you order a setup or monitoring.
Which Cloudflare plans are supported?
All of them, including Free. The Free plan keeps less detail about firewall events, and the report says where that limits the picture.
How long does it take?
We usually reply to the request within one business day. The report itself is ready shortly after the token is in place.
Why do you need a token at all?
Cloudflare does not let Free and Pro plans download raw logs. The analytics API, read through a token you control, is the only way to see your traffic in detail.
